Stories should be 1-5 minutes in length. You can submit the full written text, bullet points, a brief pitch, or an audio/video file. We’re especially interested in stories relating to queer spaces. For example: 

• Your first time at a lesbian bar 

• The first place you felt safe and able to be your true self 

• A queer space that impacted you – anything from a bar, to a bookstore, a softball league, a lover's arms, a high school classroom, a song on the radio…

• A queer love, queer friendship, or queer chosen family, and the space(s) in which it formed.

Your story does not need to be memorized for the event.

We'll start confirming selections a week ahead of each event, though entries will be accepted on a rolling basis until 24 hours before each event.
